How we handle your data.

What we collect

• Booking details (name, email, phone, country, date, guests, extras)
• Payments are processed by our card processor — we never see or store your card details.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, with IP anonymisation where available.

Email communication

We use your email address to send booking confirmations, balance reminders and messages related to your ceremony.

Data retention

Booking records are kept for legal, accounting and support reasons for a reasonable period after your ceremony. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@barefootphuketweddings.com.
