Our terms, in plain language.
These are the terms for booking a ceremony with Barefoot Phuket Weddings. They're written to be clear, not clever.
Booking and deposit
A 20% deposit reserves your preferred ceremony date, subject to confirmation. If, for any operational reason, the date cannot be confirmed, we will refund your deposit in full or offer alternative dates.
Final balance
The remaining 80% of the package price, plus any optional extras you have chosen, is due one month before your ceremony date. If a balance is not paid by then, we may release the date.
Optional extras
Extras are optional and always shown separately. Extras can be added up until the final invoice is prepared. The price you confirm at booking is the price you pay.
Date changes
Date changes are subject to availability. We always try to accommodate reasonable requests. Late changes may incur additional third-party costs.
Weather and beach conditions
The Andaman Sea and Phuket beaches are natural environments. Wind, tide and rain are part of that. Where possible, we adjust ceremony timing on the day. In persistent bad weather we will work with you on a sheltered alternative. We cannot guarantee specific beach conditions.
Legal wedding registration
The Barefoot Ceremony is a symbolic ceremony unless legal wedding registration is added separately. Legal marriage in Thailand requires additional documentation.
Package scope
Barefoot is designed for small ceremonies. It does not include extensive bespoke planning, large guest coordination, receptions or multi-day events.
