Our philosophy is simple.
We believe getting married in Phuket should be relaxed, enjoyable and beautifully uncomplicated.
Barefoot Phuket Weddings has been created for couples who want a carefully designed symbolic beach ceremony without the complexity of traditional wedding planning.
This Booking Agreement explains exactly what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you in return, so that everyone enjoys a smooth and stress-free experience.
About Barefoot Phuket Weddings
Barefoot Phuket Weddings provides a carefully designed ceremony package.
This is a product-led service with transparent pricing and clearly defined inclusions.
It is intentionally different from a traditional wedding planning service.
Everything included in your ceremony package is described on our website and confirmed in your booking confirmation.
What's Included
Your ceremony includes only the services confirmed in your booking confirmation.
Optional extras may be added before your ceremony and will be confirmed separately.
Anything not specifically confirmed is not included.
A Personal Service
Although Barefoot is designed to keep planning simple, every couple will have a personal online meeting with Supparin before the ceremony.
This meeting allows us to confirm timings, answer questions and ensure your ceremony runs smoothly.
The planning is simple. The care is personal.
Planning Scope
This is the most important part of this agreement.
Barefoot Phuket Weddings is intentionally designed as a simple ceremony package.
It is not a full wedding planning service.
The package includes the coordination required to deliver your ceremony professionally.
It does not include unlimited planning or ongoing consultancy.
- Venue sourcing
- Reception planning
- Guest management
- Accommodation planning
- Restaurant reservations
- Supplier sourcing outside the agreed package
- Unlimited planning meetings
- Unlimited design revisions
- Ongoing wedding consultancy
If you require planning beyond the scope of Barefoot Phuket Weddings, we will be happy to discuss additional services or recommend Unique Phuket Wedding Planners.
Optional Extras
Additional flowers, photography, decoration and other services may be added before your ceremony, subject to availability.
All optional extras will be confirmed and priced separately.
Ceremony Location
The Barefoot Ceremony price is the same whether your ceremony takes place at an included beach location or at your own confirmed venue.
Where you choose your own venue:
- you are responsible for securing the venue;
- you confirm that the venue permits your wedding ceremony;
- venue hire, accommodation and any venue-imposed charges are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.
Standard Flower Arch
The optional Standard Flower Arch is a fixed Barefoot design. You choose your preferred flower colours; the structure and styling remain unchanged.
Bespoke floral design, alternative structures and expanded styling are not included and are handled by Wedding Flowers Phuket or Unique Phuket Wedding Planners.
Booking Confirmation
Your ceremony date becomes confirmed once:
- your booking form has been completed, and
- your 20% booking deposit has been successfully received.
Dates cannot be reserved without payment.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is payable one calendar month before your ceremony.

Changes
We understand that plans sometimes change.
Small changes will always be accommodated wherever reasonably possible.
Significant changes involving guest numbers, ceremony location, timings or package inclusions may require additional costs.
Weather
Beach ceremonies depend upon safe weather conditions.
Should weather make the planned ceremony unsuitable, we will work with you to arrange the best practical alternative wherever possible — see what happens if it rains on our wedding day for the honest detail.
Client Responsibilities
We kindly ask our couples to:
- provide accurate booking information
- arrive on time
- keep us informed of important changes
- ensure travel documents are valid
- understand that Barefoot ceremonies are symbolic ceremonies unless otherwise agreed.
Photography
Photography is provided according to the package selected.
Photographic style and editing remain the professional responsibility of the photographer.
Cancellation
The booking deposit is non-refundable.
Should a booking be cancelled after suppliers have been confirmed, any costs already committed on your behalf will remain payable.
Wherever possible, we will always try to move your date rather than cancel — a friendly conversation with Supparin is always the best first step.
Acceptance
