Most destination weddings start with a form, then a quote, then a follow-up email chain, then a contract, then a payment link. Barefoot compresses all of that into a single, calm two-minute checkout — because a simple Phuket beach ceremony genuinely doesn't need more than that upfront.
On the booking page

- Pick your date. The calendar shows availability in real time.
- Add your names and contact email. That's it for details at this stage.
- Read and agree to the booking agreement. Plain-language, no legal fog.
- Pay a 20% deposit by card. Handled securely by Stripe.
- See your confirmation on screen. Your date is now genuinely reserved.
What arrives in your inbox
A confirmation email, a Stripe invoice you can download as a PDF, and a link to schedule your 30-minute call with Supparin. Nothing overwhelming, and nothing you need to chase.
The call with Supparin
The two-minute booking is fast on purpose — it is not the planning. The planning happens in your call, where Supparin walks through the ceremony flow, asks about your preferred beach, checks any timing or accessibility notes and discusses your flowers and photos. Most calls take twenty to thirty minutes. See about Supparin.
Why the deposit is 20%
A 20% deposit is small enough to feel comfortable committing, and large enough to genuinely hold the date. The remaining 80% is due one month before the ceremony, when your travel is confirmed and you're already thinking about the final details. Full breakdown on the payment schedule page.
What you don't have to do at booking
- You don't have to pick a beach yet — Supparin confirms that closer to your date.
- You don't have to choose extras — you can add them later from the extras page.
- You don't have to send a passport scan or fill out legal paperwork — a Barefoot ceremony is symbolic (see is a Phuket beach wedding legal?).
- You don't have to commit to a guest list — most Barefoot ceremonies are two people, and up to a small group works too (see Phuket beach wedding with guests).
Booking from abroad
The checkout works exactly the same from anywhere in the world. Card in your local currency, invoice in THB, confirmation in English. See planning from abroad for the full remote-booking flow.
